Rolling pin with 7 wheels (fixed), toothed dough cutter (thickness of the “teeth” 3 mm), blade diameter 30 mm. Width (distance between wheels) 10 mm.
Suitable for preparing specialties such as reginette and pappardelle. You will be hard-pressed to find a more elegant and durable version on the market!

How it works:
Prepare a sheet of pasta dough. Attach the dough wheel and wheel it over the dough band with light pressure. If the dough band is wider, simply run a second strip next to it.
The pappardelle can now be separated very easily.
