The risotto spoon can also be used for a variety of other dishes. It goes great with polenta, rich sauces and of course other rice dishes like paella and curries! Or scrambled eggs in the morning. Simply for anything that can burn easily and should be stirred very often and for a long time. The hole is used to reduce resistance and save energy when stirring for a long time.

Material: Cherry tree (real wood), rubbed with food-grade oil (so you can see the beautiful grain). Cherry wood is durable and its properties make it particularly suitable when working with pots and pans with a non-stick coating, as it is not as hard and rough as beech wood - from which most wooden kitchen utensils are made due to cost reasons. If desired, the oil can be removed by a hot water bath with a little baking soda before the first use.

The wood grain is a natural product and varies.
