How does it work?

Always flour a little before use (especially the gaps) so that the dough doesn't stick!

– Prepare fresh pasta dough and roll it out to the desired thickness.
– The dough sheets should be maximum 15 cm be wide.
– Apply pressure to the pasta cutter over the dough sheet to cut through the dough strips.
– Place on a floured surface to form a nest, sprinkle some flour/semola over it if necessary

Attention – care instructions:
Before using for the first time, rub the rolling pin with a little olive oil and dry it.
Please do not clean in the dishwasher, do not clean under running water. Simply wipe the rolling pin with a damp cloth.
