One tool – two different formats:
With this gnocchi board made of beech wood you can produce gnocchi yourself (e.g. potato gnocchi, pumpkin gnocchi etc.) without any additional tools.
If you use the rolling pin, you can roll garganellis out of pasta dough.

A recipe for potato gnocchi and step-by-step instructions on how to shape gnocchi with such a board can be found in the pictures.
For garganelli (tube pasta), you take pasta sheets that you cut into diamonds with a dough wheel and pull them together with the stick to form garganellis.

The set consists of a permanently mounted base board as a base. You can also insert the rod into this after use so that it is tidy.
