With this gnocchi board made of beech wood you can produce gnocchi yourself (e.g. potato gnocchi, pumpkin gnocchi etc.) without any additional tools.
If you hold the board with a small wooden stick (not included in the delivery) expanded, you could also make garganelli / penne / fusilli (tubular pasta).
