Cappelletti, sometimes also called capalletti or anolini, are small ravioli-like filled egg noodles.
Cappelletti are very small in diameter. Just so that you can easily scoop them up into the broth with a spoon without having to laboriously cut anything first.

This form of pasta is traditionally served in broth. Of course you can also use this stamp for ravioli.
Incidentally, cappelletti are filled differently depending on the region. Zucchini fillings are very common, as are spinach ricotta or stuffings with ground meat and cheese or braised beef and parmesan.
