Why do you need a spray bottle like that?
Many people use them to moisten bread and rolls with water before putting them in the oven.
It is also indispensable in the pasta kitchen, especially if you work with a pasta maker or other pasta machine. We all know the situation where the dough is not what it should be. Then you have to readjust.
If the dough is too moist, open the lid and add a handful of semola.
But if the dough is too dry and you add a sip of water, then things usually go wrong. The amount is too large and the water does not distribute well.
But if you open the lid and just spray it briefly, you mist the dough and you can dose it much better.
You can also use a spray bottle to keep lasagna plates from drying out, or use the spray bottle to wet the kitchen towel with water and then cover the pasta plates.
