This cleaning tool is our favorite when it comes to cleaning ribbon noodle dies. It is made of a very durable metal so it will not bend or break easily.

For cleaning:
It is best to remove the coarse pasta residue immediately after making the pasta. This works quite well with the cleaning tool, for example.”The fine spatula","The generalist” or even with this one.
Let the leftovers dry first.
Then, for tagliatelle of any kind, such as tagliatelle, pappardelle, etc., use this instrument to push the dried dough into the slots so that it falls out again on the other side.
Then, for example, run an electric toothbrush over the matrices or put the matrices in an ultrasonic bath. Rinse under clean water.
Please dry bronze matrices well after cleaning so that they do not tarnish (Tip: If you have fine indentations, use a hairdryer or place them on the radiator; the heat reaches all corners.)

Note: The cleaning tool is very pointed, so please only insert it into the slots of the dies so that the surface is not scratched. Please keep out of the reach of children, as the sharp points could cause injuries if used incorrectly. When using POM matrices, please be careful not to damage the plastic.
