Native to Southeast Asia, the butterfly pea flower is highly valued in Thailand, Indonesia and Taiwan and has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries.

The butterfly pea is known for its intense blue color, but also for its powerful antioxidants.

In addition to its coloring power, the butterfly flower has the following effects:
