Pasta machine, perfect for families, pastaholics and also farm shops and smaller catering businesses.
Simply put dry ingredients into the kneading tub, add the liquid ingredients and knead for about 8-10 minutes and dispense with a die of your choice.
Housing, bowl, bowl holder, dough hook and spiral are made of AISI 304 stainless steel
There is a microswitch on the bowl lid; you can use the grid lid to add additional ingredients during processing and at the same time always have an eye on the dough consistency and filling quantity
What's special: The kettle can be removed for cleaning and easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
