And thats how it is. Mezze Maniche Rigato are ultimately short cut rigatones. But they are slightly larger in diameter than Rigatone. In terms of size (21 mm), it is exactly between the large Pachero rigato (25,5 mm) and the slightly smaller Rigatone (15,5 mm). It is a two-part die.
