KAMUT flour - suitable for handmade pasta, pitta, bread/rolls, cakes and cookies. Since ears of corn are very small, it is not very productive.

Kamut or also known as Khorasan contains a lot of protein, vitamins and minerals. Many who cannot tolerate wheat can eat Kamut because it is an “ancient grain”.
