COOKIE Dough Ingredients:

500 g soft wheat flour type “00”
200 g sugar
250 g butter
4 beaten egg yolk
a pinch of salt
75 ml of milk

For an even tastier dough, we recommend a mixture of soft wheat flour type “00” and wholemeal flour. You can also replace the butter with margarine.
