Once you own a dough cutter like this, you won't want to be without it. This is not just 1 dough wheel, but 4. The distance can be adjusted by loosening the screw and pushing the dough wheel into the desired position. This means you can cut a sheet of pasta dough with 4 dough wheels at the same time in one go.
The dough wheels are smooth.
You can also unscrew the individual dough wheels. So if you want to cut very wide, simply unscrew the two dough wheels in the middle.
Adjustable from 22 to 116 mm.
Blade diameter 38 mm.
Ideal for lasagne sheets, dumplings from large Maultaschen to small manti, perfect for producing tortellini, ravioli, tortelloni, farfalle etc., or also for small pastries, cheese sticks, cookies and cakes.
Material: Olive wood handle, stainless steel middle section, brass blade.
The grain is naturally very different (cannot be taken into account when shipping). Knotholes are not a defect in olive wood, they are a natural component.
