Ravioli Board Gourmet – Lily

Ravioli board for 1 raviolo from a small Italian manufacturer. The hollow of the raviolo is designed to be particularly large to accommodate as much filling as possible.

Approximate dimensions : 9 x 9 x 2 cm

PREPARATION :

Before you begin, lightly flour the board. The board is 10cm wide. It is therefore advisable to make a dough strip that is at least 11cm wide and place one half of the dough strip over the ravioli board. Press the dough strip in slightly, including in the area of the hollow.

Now add the filling, place the second half of the dough band on top and roll over it with a small rolling pin.
Use a pastry wheel to cut the raviolo into shapes or cut out round shapes.

Care instructions:
* Please do not clean in the dishwasher. After use, wash the product under running water with a brush and place it upright to dry so that it does not warp.

* Since this is a natural product made of wood, color and shape may change over time.

* Treat the wood with sunflower oil or linseed oil every 6 months
