Traditional Corzetti stamps – for authentic Ligurian pasta artistry

Corzetti (also called Croxetti ) are an old Ligurian pasta specialty whose origins date back to the Middle Ages. These small pasta medallions were so popular that noble families had their own stamps made with their coats of arms to embellish their pasta.

For a successful embossing print, a particularly stable wood is needed to obtain clear contours and perfectly shaped corzetti.

How it works:

1. Roll out a thin sheet of dough.

2. Cut out a round circle of dough in the appropriate size.

3. Place the dough disc on the side with the surrounding decoration.

4. Press firmly from above with the motif stamp – and you have a pasta coin stamped on both sides.

The fine grooves and patterns ensure that the sauce clings particularly well to the pasta – for an aromatic, authentic taste experience.
