The finished dough should be moist and crumbly. This allows the macaroni to be shaped neatly and achieve their typical texture.
It is also generally possible to produce gluten-free pasta.
The Pastidea dies were originally developed for the Kenwood Pastafresca.
Thanks to various adapters, the same dies can be used on many other pasta machines. Should your machine be replaced later, a new adapter is usually all that's needed – the bronze die can still be used.
This saves resources and avoids unnecessary new purchases.
For safe storage, we recommend our storage systems for bronze matrices. These protect against dust, scratches, and darkening caused by light exposure.
